Accessories & Jewelry Conditions:
For sanitation reasons we do not take returns or exchanges for jewelry. However, we will work to find a solution if the items are damaged or defective. If you need to submit a damage request or any other request please email us within 2 days of receiving the item and forward pictures of any damage.
For any reason, if you do not love your selection you may choose to return for store credit only within 10 days of receiving the item. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, altered, or washed. The exchange will be credited to your account upon our receival and inspection of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return, and we can begin the return process. Indie Mae reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition the item is returned in.
