Do you accept returns and exchanges?

For sanitation reasons we do not take returns or exchanges. However, we will work to find a solution if the items are damaged or defective. If you need to submit a damage request or any other request please email us or reach out to us on Instagram. 

How long will it take to receive my items?

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping it out. The flat rate shipping we offer typically takes 2 - 4 business days depending on your location however, we offer a variety of shipping times that you can select at checkout to ensure your items are there when you need them. Please keep in mind that once the postal service has possession of the packages, shipping speed is out of our control but, please reach out to us in the event that something happens. 

My items broke or I received them damaged, what do I do?

No worries girl, sometimes these things happen. While we hope this is a rare occurrence we are happy to help you get a new repaired piece. Let us know what happened through email or Instagram as well as attach a picture of the issue. We will get the things resolved ASAP!

In the event of a refund, how long does this take?

If we have refunded you for various reasons (shipping, processing error, damage) please allow up to 3-5 business days for that to show up on your original form of payment.


Do you offer pickups?

If the item is available you're considering at one of the business locations closest to you, pick up is an option! We are located in Raleigh, NC and Athens, GA. In the event that you are interested in picking up, message us on Instagram or Email us once you have placed your order online. If the items are available at the location nearest you, we will refund the shipping and message you with information on when and where to pick up. Please allow us appropriate time to respond as well as prepare your order for pick up, while we strive to have these orders available within 24 hours, life happens and that is not always possible. 


Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale at this time however, we are so flattered in the interest and appreciate the support!


I want Indie Mae to come to my event, how do I set up a trunk show?

Contact us through email or on Instragram to give us all the details! If our schedule is available, we love any chance we get to meet y’all and travel around to bring you all the goodies. 

How long should I expect it to take for you to respond to my questions via email or Instagram?

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond.

Do you offer any kind of discounts (birthday, first time customer, etc.)?

We do not have a regularly running promotion however, once you place an order with us if you tag us in your photo wearing the items or post a picture of the new items you received we will send you an exclusive 10% off code for your next order. 

How long does it take for you to restock items?

We strive to have items restocked as soon as they become available to us. Want be the first to know when an item is available? Sign up for a Restock Request. To do this, go to the item you are interested in that is sold out, an option will pop up saying "NOTIFY ME WHEN RESTOCKED". Once you have submitted a request, you will get an email when the item becomes available again. 

How should I take care of my items?

For Jewelry-

To maximize wear, avoid all exposure to water, perfumes/lotions. We recommend removing your jewels when you shower, sweat or get prepped for the day. 


For Apparel-

As a general rule, we recommend careful care with your clothing items! It’s best to wash in cold and hang to dry to ensure the item keeps it shape and fit. The specific material breakdown is included on all individual clothing item descriptions on the website.
